Grief and Nature Yoga


A private class (up to 20 people) or session (one-on-one) utilizing yoga and nature therapy techniques for processing grief and loss after a death. These classes/sessions tend to be a type of memorial service, including pictures or belongings of the person who has passed, a custom playlist with some of their favorite songs, and compassionate facilitation to help move the emotions of grief through the body. They could be indoors, outdoors, or in a business setting (for example after a coworker passes unexpectedly).
